Job Title: Full-Time Executive Housekeeper

Location: Paradise Valley, Arizona @ Lincoln and Lost Dutchman

Salary: $32-35 per hour

Start Date: September 2023

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Considerations: Candidates must be reliable, professional, organized, and have previous professional housekeeping experience. Additional requirements are candidates that come from a pet-free home as the family has sensitive allergies to both dogs and cats.

Job Description:

As a Private Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the family's residence to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Diligently cleaning and organizing all living spaces, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and communal areas.
Conducting thorough dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping daily and weekly to keep up with dust.
Managing laundry tasks, encompassing washing, ironing, and folding.
Regularly changing bed linens.
Efficiently organizing and replenishing household supplies.
Handling occasional errands as needed.
Providing light assistance with meal preparation when required.
Occasionally assisting with childcare duties, with housekeeping remaining the primary focus.

Responsibilities:

Provide loving and attentive care to child when she is in your care (this is very rare).
Assist with household management tasks.
Collaborate with the family's parenting style and values.
Ensure the safety, happiness, and health of the children during meals, outings, and activities.
Maintain an organized and smooth daily routine.

Qualifications:

A proven track record as a housekeeper in a private residence is highly preferred.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.

Candidates must come from a pet-free home due to the employer's pet allergies.

Punctuality and reliability are non-negotiable.

Respectful of the family's values and holistic approach.

Confident and able to work independently.
