They are looking for an experienced, travel ready nanny to step in to create a creative, enriching environment for the boys to grow, learn and explore in and they make a concerted effort daily to provide them a hands on, fun, exploratory environment.
Daily duties will be primary childcare, split with another full time nanny they already employ, this will always be the focus of the role. But, they are looking for a nanny who can adapt to the role and grow with them as well as every day looks a little bit different.
In terms of household duties they would like help with child related cleanup/organizing as well as meal prep for the boys through the day and occasional meal prep for the family if time allows as well as general upkeep of the home, play areas, kids bedrooms and common areas of the home. Help with family laundry and occasional errands will be appreciated as well as organizing projects around the home. Tasks such as emptying the dishwasher and transport to and from school and activities will be tasked as well.  Family laundry is a large task in the home that both Nannies tackle equally, with the help of mom as well.  With the addition of the newest little one into their family, they are realizing how important the home being tidy and organized is very meaningful to the overall vibe of the home and they are looking for someone who naturally feels the same way and can help to keep up with the boys along with the home.  This is very much a tag team situation between both Nannies and mom, who is quite hands on herself, in the best way!
They have a 4 and a half year old who is inquisitive, and quite a little love bug once he warms up to you, loves his Nannies!  Their two year old is very curious, bright, loves parks and swimming and is a major fan of animals.  He is a bundle of energy and is very in tuned with his emotions- he is quite a character and they are looking for a nanny who can see their individual personality quirks and figure what makes them each tick and shine.  The older boys were adopted at birth exactly 2 years apart and share the same birthday, even!  Their newest arrival is about 2 months old and also an adoption from birth.  He is proving to be an easy baby so far who loves to sleep, eat and snuggle!
They are going to be an absolute dream to work for and truly want to be the best employers to their nanny and genuinely value the work that goes into caring for children well. During the week their oldest goes to a Montessori nearby and in the fall the two older boys will alternate full days at a local Montessori program during the week.  Mom would love to find someone excited about working on fun educational activities for them to keep their little minds busy and learning about all aspects of the world around them.   Dad works long hours and mom handles a majority of childcare related duties so truly needs to find someone who is an extension of her, is flexible and engaged with their family. They are committed to allowing the boys to explore, be hands on with play and truly want them to learn through experiences.
Their current nanny is going to be a great partner to work with and has jumped in whole heartedly to work with this family and it shows. While the schedule is primarily solo hours, there are some every week that overlap to allow for one of the Nannies to focus on household tasks as opposed to childcare to ensure that everything gets done.

Full-Time Nanny / Hybrid House Manager

Paradise Valley, AZ (Scottsdale & Shea)
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
$37–$40+ per hour

A truly kind and welcoming family in Paradise Valley is excited to hire their first long-term nanny. Mom has been fortunate to stay home with their joyful 3½-year-old daughter and is expecting a new baby girl in May. As their family grows, they are looking for an experienced, warm, and engaging nanny to join them during this very special season.

This is a beautiful opportunity for a seasoned, intuitive caregiver who brings both heart and professionalism to their work. While extensive professional nanny experience is valued, the family is primarily seeking someone seasoned and confident — whether through many years as a career nanny or through raising children and successfully running a home — who understands the natural rhythm and nuance of family life.

About the Family & Working Dynamic

This family is affectionate, playful, and deeply connected. They value warmth, laughter, and presence. Dad is a busy entrepreneur, and while both parents are very involved and hands-on, mom will continue to be a stay-at-home parent and active in the girls’ daily lives.

It is important that candidates are comfortable working in a home where a parent is present throughout the day. This role is designed to support the family, not replace mom. At the same time, mom is very respectful of professional boundaries and understands the importance of independent relationships. She will encourage and allow one-on-one time between the nanny and each child so genuine bonds can develop naturally.

There will be times when you are leading activities with one child while mom is with the other, and other times when the day leans more toward household support. For example, if mom is with the baby and the oldest is at school, that may be an ideal time to focus on laundry, organizing, or kitchen resets. This is not a position that requires constant side-by-side collaboration, but rather someone who is confident working independently while being comfortable with a parent present in the home.

The right candidate will feel secure in this dynamic, communicative, intuitive, and confident in navigating shared space with professionalism and ease.

Their oldest loves splash pads, parks, the library, and outdoor adventures. They would love a nanny who enjoys planning creative outings and educational activities while nurturing curiosity and confidence.

There is a sweet cat in the home, so candidates must be cat-friendly and comfortable with occasional check-ins during family travel.

Position Overview

This is a hybrid nanny / light household support role, and each day may look a little different. Some days will be more childcare-focused, while others may lean more toward household organization and support, particularly when mom is spending hands-on time with the girls.

The ideal candidate is perceptive and proactive — someone who does not need a daily list but can look around, assess what needs attention, and handle it thoughtfully. This family appreciates someone who steps in naturally, whether that means engaging in playful interaction with the children or quietly resetting the kitchen.

Childcare Responsibilities

  • Providing loving, attentive care for a 3½-year-old and newborn
  • Supporting developmental milestones for both children
  • Planning creative, educational, and age-appropriate activities
  • Organizing outings (parks, splash pads, library, etc.)
  • Partnering in newborn care support when appropriate
  • Assisting with feeding routines, soothing, and sleep transitions
  • Preparing daily snacks and meals for the children

Household & Kitchen Support

While childcare is always the priority, the role includes thoughtful household assistance such as:

  • Laundry support
  • Grocery shopping and errands
  • School/activity drop-offs and pickups as needed
  • Emptying the dishwasher
  • General kitchen tidying and resets
  • Occasional light meal prep for the family
  • Preparing meals and snacks for the children daily
  • Taking out garbage
  • Organizing small household projects
  • Washing and sanitizing bottles and pump parts
  • Maintaining baby care systems and nursery organization

The family values someone who notices the small details and maintains a tidy, welcoming home without needing close supervision.

Travel

Travel is not a major requirement, as the family does have local support. However, if the nanny is open to occasional domestic or international travel and would enjoy joining on certain family trips, they would welcome that support. Flexibility is appreciated but not heavily emphasized.

Ideal Candidate

They are seeking someone who is:

  • Warm, affectionate, and playful
  • Seasoned and intuitive in family dynamics
  • Experienced with infants and preschool-aged children
  • Comfortable working in a home where a parent is present daily
  • Confident building independent relationships with children
  • Creative and engaging
  • Organized and proactive
  • Able to manage light household tasks independently
  • Stable, reliable, and seeking a long-term position
  • Interested in building a genuine, lasting relationship

Compensation & Benefits

  • $37–$40+ per hour, depending on experience
  • Guaranteed hours
  • Vehicle provided for regular use
  • Paid vacation
  • Paid sick days
  • Paid holidays
  • Legal payroll
  • Benefits package tailored collaboratively with the right candidate

Why This Role

This is more than a nanny position — it is an opportunity to grow with a loving family during a meaningful chapter of expansion. They are hoping to find someone who will truly become part of their daily rhythm and who brings joy, calm, experience, and heart into their home.

For the right seasoned caregiver, this is a rare and special long-term opportunity.

This kind and generous North Scottsdale family is seeking a Full-Time House Manager/Nanny to help keep their household running smoothly. They have two sweet children — an almost 1-year-old and a 3½-year-old. Their oldest attends school full-time, so this position will be primarily focused on household management (about 80%) with occasional childcare (about 20%). The family is looking for someone warm, positive, intuitive, and highly organized who can anticipate needs, stay proactive, and take pride in keeping their home and family life running efficiently.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys creating order, supporting busy parents, and maintaining a happy, healthy environment for the family. The family travels once every 1-2 months, mostly for business and light leisure, for 3-5 days at a time. The House Manager/Nanny will travel with the family or and at some point, may be asked to stay overnight with the children when the parents are away. When accompanying the family, you will have your own private hotel room and generally not be responsible for overnight childcare.

●      Light meal preparation and grocery list management

●      Family laundry (primarily the children’s laundry)

●      Assisting with organizational projects around the home (closets, pantry, children’s spaces)

●      Managing household inventory and supplies

●      Occasional childcare for the 1-year-old and 3½-year-old when needed

●      Traveling with the family occasionally (1–2x/month)

●      Staying overnight to manage the home when parents travel without children

●      May require extra flexibility once in a while to work late or extended hours, or over weekends if nanny is available

Qualifications:

●      Prior experience as a Nanny and/or House Manager required

●      Highly organized, proactive, and dependable

●      Positive, kind, and professional demeanor

●      Ability to multitask and anticipate household needs

●      Comfortable handling both childcare and household responsibilities

●      Travel-ready and flexible with occasional overnights

●      CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

●      Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits:

●      Starting at $28 per hour, with a rate increase after a successful introductory period

●      Guaranteed 40 hours per week

●      10 days PTO, 3 paid sick days. and 6 federal holidays accrued through the year.

●      Legal pay via W-2

●      Travel required

●      Supportive, long-term family seeking a professional partnership

This Scottsdale family is a repeat client and is looking to add a new nanny to their vibrant, fun and busy home. They employ an incredible house manager and we are looking to add an additional full time nanny to the mix as well! By far the most important candidate trait they are looking for is a bright, fun and caring personality. Their house manager is going to be incredible to work with and takes the best care of the family inside and out and will be a dream to work alongside. While the hours are minimal that you would be working together, she will be an active part of the day and keeps everything organized, happy and healthy in the home. A huge aspect of this role is travel- the family travels to their cabin one week a month and would love for this nanny to travel with them as much as possible, as well as for up to a month at a time in the summer. Breaks can be arranged to come back an forth to Phoenix, but candidates for this role must be travel ready often with the family. Once the boys are a bit older and the world settles down a bit they are planning on traveling as often as possible both internationally and domestically. If at all possible, they would love to find a bilingual nanny, but this is not a requirement. Flexibility will be huge for this position as well and to be a team player on the daily to help with what needs to be done that day. Some days this might look like helping with baths and taking the boys for a walk while mom preps and cleans up from dinner, while some days might be just the opposite and would be helping to prep and clean up from dinner while mom and dad take the boys/family dog for a walk. They truly are looking for a team player who can get in there and be an active part of the family. The boys are super sweet, playful and active and they love their days to be filled with engaging, educational, creative activities. If you have a background in Montessori styles, or have an artistic side to you this will be a dream position! The home is warm and loving and a nanny who is fun, creative and active will do well here! Daily duties will be a bit of everything- help with tasks around the home and light housekeeping, laundry and tidying of the common play areas in the home. Help with meal prep for the family and simple clean up from family meals *this is a simple task in this home- mom loves to clean up while she cooks!* They would love to hire as long term as possible, as they do have plans to add to the family in the future and are looking to create the best team possible to support their family dreams. Candidates MUST be travel ready, creative, supportive and career minded and FUN.
