All About Nannies is a locally owned boutique, brick and mortar agency with over 21 years of experience placing Arizona’s most well qualified and carefully vetted individuals into highly customized domestic placements. Through the use of an extensive vetting process including any criminal history, driving records, and detailed one on one discussion with several references.  We are one of the rare agencies who require that all of our nannies be able to pass a comprehensive skills exam provided by the International Nanny Association. In addition, we are not just a placement service. We will be available for any questions you may have to help with this important decision! We will coordinate interviews, working interviews and walk you through the hiring process step by step to assure you are pleased with your placement. Your toughest decision will be deciding which great nanny is right for your family!

In the unfortunate event your placement isn’t exactly what you were looking for, or if life happens and one or both of you needs to move on, we are here to help find a suitable solution! We will check in with you and your nanny from time to time to make sure you are both satisfied. Your placement fee includes a scaled discount on a new search from the date of hire.

Depending on the complexity of your family’s needs, placements take anywhere from 3 to 12 weeks. Flexibility, good communication and a competitive offer based on current market rates alongside your detailed job description will help speed the process along!

Nannies are household employers legally and required to be paid as such.  We are happy to connect you to one of our payroll partners at Homework Solutions, or GTM Payroll Services to answer any questions and get you exact details and estimates on what to expect as a household employer.

All nannies referred by All About Nannies go through a lengthy interview process. To be considered for representation by us, each candidate must have a nanny resume with at least three verifiable, professional references. Here are some general guidelines for the Phoenix/Scottsdale metro area, dependent on experience and education level:
-Professional Nannies:  $22-28+ per hour dependent on experience, education and duties of the position.
-House Management $24-30+ per hour dependent on duties and responsibilities.

*Keep in mind that pay should increase with any additional household tasks required.

**Newborn Care Specialists typically charge $30-45+ per hour dependent on experience, hours and duties.
